What are the differences between resume and cover letter?

With this letter, you feel freer to get out of formal clothes and to hold the pen a bit like a brush. Creativity is the key element. How to write a cover letter with all the trimmings

Now we don’t need to push ourselves into the psyche of the recruiters, but this little digression wants to help you to better frame the situation. The first step therefore consists in transmitting originality and unconventionality.

As in any market, differentiation is essential in the world of work. Differentiation allows you to convey greater value than that of your competitors. Why do many people choose “a Rolex” instead of a watch? Why do you buy “Pringles” instead of potato chips? For what reasons do so many decide to buy “an iPhone” and not a smartphone? The difference is precisely in the added value that you are able to evoke, even if you are essentially not in possession of superhuman abilities.

This means that it becomes necessary to adopt a communication strategy aimed at highlighting your strengths.

  • Write something about yourself and immediately explain why they should hire you.
  • Emphasize your natural skills and tell yourself.
  • Make yourself attractive to the company with striking, charismatic and attractive phrases.
